Hi, I’m Liz
Embark on a transformative journey with me, where each step is a testament to the innate power of connection within your body and being. From the rhythm of movement to the grounding embrace of nature and plants, my interactions with the body has been a diverse exploration. For 17 years, I've navigated the entrepreneurial landscape with sophistication and meticulous attention, crafting sustainable food solutions that nourish both body and soul, leading group movement and dance classes, and designing thoughtful natural places.
Now, as a trauma-informed Intimacy and Embodiment coach, my presence is centered, seductive, and empathic, collaboratively guiding others to embrace their fullest selves. With a compassionate spirit, I acknowledge the beauty in every unique journey, inviting you to join me in the dance of self-discovery and transformation.
Intimate Re-Connection
I desire to support the restoration of intimacy in the world: intimacy in self so that we may feel intimacy with others. Intimacy in its most basic means closeness and wholeness; to feel close and whole, we need understanding and acceptance. Intimacy means befriending the breadth of ourselves: our emotions, thoughts, sensations, experiences. Along the befriending path, we re-establish trust within ourselves. As we grow and evolve this internal trust and intimacy in ourselves, we empower ourselves to create more discerning, truthful, meaningful and authentic connections with others.
As the Tantric teachings describe, access to divine perfection is available to everyone, and through everything. Let us all learn how to revere ourselves as divinely magnificent; let us all learn and live that we are nature, that nature's impetus is perfect, and thereby, by nature, we are perfection.
I am here to help you Come back to your Body. I am here to help you feel ecstatic and blissful ~ to say Yes to All of You.
Let's collaborate to reclaim and liberate the true, vibrant aliveness of your humanity, of our humanity.
My Story
A little bit more about me. I grew up outside of a small, rural Oregon town, on a farm. I moved to Central Coast CA for my undgrad studies and after completing a degree in international management and graphic communication, I traveled in South America, eastern Europe, New Zealand and Australia. I eventually landed back in Oregon, on the wetter, greener side of the state, and after a short time of working, I returned to school, this time studying interior and landscape architecture. After completing my graduate degree I moved back to Central OR and began operating a specialized distribution business, aggregating and selling locally/regionally grown food. Through years of grad school I also starting entrepreneurship: I instructed various types of dance: hoopdance, dance fitness, Latin and other partner dances. I grew up in a home where movement/dance were around both structurally and spontaneously and they have and always will play a role in my life.
I sold the local food business in spring 2022 and was fortunate to be able to marinade into a phase of deep introspection. During this time I became poignantly aware of two things that had first surfaced during self-development work commenced in my late 20s: compassion and empathy. I realized during this marination phase, that whatever I was to do next, that these two human essentials would be primary anchors of my work. The introspection phase serendipitously led to research on Tantra and ultimately to the discovery of the sex, love and relationship coaching program that I am now certified in.
I feel a surreal contentment in the offerings that I am blessed to carry outward through my work to the community of people I touch.
A few more fun tidbits:
I often go by Liz and my given name is Elizabeth. I love being called all versions of my name: Elizabeth, the endearing version Lizzy, or Bibs or Bibby as family and friends used to call me! Learning about other people is one of my favorite things and hearing what name you choose to address me with is a little window into me getting to understand You!
My middle name is Carlin and it’s the maiden name of my great grandma on my mom’s side. My great grandma Sabina Carlin Pratt was born on July 4th and she passed just before she turned 108. She was a teacher and an author and while I didn’t know her well, these things inspired me about her.
I have three siblings and my biological parents are still married and living on the family farm. They are all incredible people.
I have one child, a 4.5 year old boy. His dad and I co-parent him within a very supportive and amicable relationship which I am infinitely grateful for.
I love to dance, run, travel, hike, play, cook, eat, gather, explore, adventure, smile, learn, laugh, cry, scream, growl, howl & grow ❤️🔥
